Aldersgate is a Safe Sanctuaries congregation.
Safe Sanctuaries is sometimes referred to as Safer Sanctuaries.
Our Christian faith calls us to offer both hospitality and protection to those who cannot protect themselves. As a Christian community of faith, we pledge to conduct the ministry of the gospel in ways that assure the safety and spiritual growth of all children, youth, and vulnerable adults as well as those who serve in ministry with and to them.
Core Purpose
All our volunteers working with vulnerable populations have completed a background check and the Safe Sanctuaries training. If you are interested in volunteering in our church, please contact the church office for the next training opportunity.
